Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the Millennium Travel mobile application (the App) provided by MILLENNIUM WORLD MCHJ (Millennium Travel), 3 Zargar street, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. By installing and using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. What the App is
The App is the personal account of a Millennium Travel client. It shows trips purchased from the company, their itinerary, documents and visa status, and provides the concierge service and contact with your manager. The App is not a self-service booking or payment platform: tours and services are purchased under an agreement with Millennium Travel.
2. Account
- You sign in with your phone number and an SMS code. You are responsible for access to your number and device and must not share the code with anyone.
- Accounts are created for Millennium Travel clients. If you have no booked trips, the App shows an empty account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the App settings.
3. Documents and trip information
Documents, itineraries and statuses are entered by Millennium Travel managers on the basis of your agreement. We keep the information as current as we can, but the original documents and confirmations of service providers (airlines, hotels, insurers, consulates) prevail. Check the details before travelling and tell your manager about any discrepancy.
Countdowns to departure and visa expiry are for reference only and do not replace checking official sources.
4. Concierge service
A concierge request is a request to arrange a service. It is confirmed only after a manager replies. Prices and conditions of additional services are agreed separately.
5. Acceptable use
- You must not attempt to access other users’ data, bypass security measures or interfere with the App or its servers.
- You must not use the App for unlawful purposes or give third parties access to your account.
In case of violation we may restrict or terminate access to the App.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, texts and trademarks belong to Millennium Travel or are used under licence. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App on your devices.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for unavailability caused by networks, devices or third parties. Millennium Travel’s liability for travel services is defined by the agreement and the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan; these Terms neither extend nor limit it.
8. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes and governing law
We may change these Terms and the App’s features. The current version is available at this address. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan; disputes are resolved under it at the company’s location.
